  1. Sour cream sauce with garlic and rosemary is prepared in a few minutes. This sauce goes well with fried potatoes and fish.

  3. Finely chop the garlic clove or press it using a garlic press. Mix it with sour cream.
  4. Finely chop fresh rosemary and add to sour cream and garlic.Squeeze 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Mix with remaining ingredients.
  5. Salt and pepper. Mix everything well or beat until smooth. Serve cold.
