sour cream 60 ml.garlic 1 tooth
lemon choke 2 tsp.
fresh rosemary, finely chopped 0.5 tsp.
salt 1 pinch
ground black pepper 1 pinch

- Sour cream sauce with garlic and rosemary is prepared in a few minutes. This sauce goes well with fried potatoes and fish.
- Cooking steps
- Finely chop the garlic clove or press it using a garlic press. Mix it with sour cream.
- Finely chop fresh rosemary and add to sour cream and garlic.Squeeze 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Mix with remaining ingredients.
- Salt and pepper. Mix everything well or beat until smooth. Serve cold.
