Ingredients:

  • Minced beef - 500 g.
  • Hamburger bun – 4 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Iceberg lettuce to taste.
  • Onions - 1 head.
  • Vegetable oil to taste.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Ground black

    pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  • Grease a frying pan with oil and place over high heat.
  • Form 4 minced meat patties, slightly larger than buns. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fry the cutlets on both sides in a heated frying pan.
  • Putting together a hamburger. Cut the buns in half, brush the bottom half with Hamburger sauce, put lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and top with a cutlet and lettuce again. Spread the top half of the bun with sauce as well.
  • Serve with onion rings, fries or any other side dish of your choice.
