Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

You will need:
- "Mozzarella sticks homemade" TM "Novgorod-Seversky" - 2 packages;
- Parmesan Luigi or Parmesan Maggiore cheese, TM Novgorod-Seversky - 100 g;
- flour – 2 tbsp;
- breadcrumbs – 10 tbsp;
- chicken egg – 1 pc.;
- salt, pepper – to taste.
Preparation
- Cut "Homemade Mozzarella Sticks" TM "Novgorod-Seversky" into small pieces.
- In a bowl, beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
- Grate Parmesan Luigi or Parmesan Maggiore cheese from Novgorod-Seversky on a coarse grater. Mix the cheese with croutons and spices. Sift the flour into a separate container.
- Dip each stick first in the egg, then in the flour and breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.
- To ensure the sticks are browned on all sides, don't forget to turn them over.
