The best option to prepare a quick and healthy salad is to use mainly seasonal vegetables and herbs.

And the benefits are actually questionable - overseas products have traveled quite a long way before reaching our shelves. Of course, it will not be possible to grow, for example, tomatoes or cucumbers in large quantities in an apartment. But a little bit will definitely work out.
