salt........................................1 pinchor to taste

oregano...................................1 ч. л.

dried basil.........................................1 ч. л.

green parsley...............................0.3 tuft

ciabatta....................................4 kus.or other Italian crusty bread

About the recipe

A quick Italian seafood soup will delight all lovers of fish and seafood delicacies. This soup can be easily made in less than an hour. To prepare it, you can use any seafood or a mixture of them - pieces of sea bass, shrimp, squid, oysters. You can choose what you like best.

Cooking steps

  1. Place a saucepan over medium-high heat and pour olive oil into the bottom. Add finely chopped garlic and hot red pepper into the oil and let them cook for a minute.
  2. Add assorted seafood. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in white wine and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add tomato puree, water, oregano, basil, and salt to the pan.
  5. Wash and finely chop the fresh parsley and add to the soup pot. Mix well. When the soup boils, cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat so that the contents simmer gently. Cook for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the soup hot with slices of crusty bread.
