Chocolate cookies

Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cookies:

  • Butter (Soft) - 100 g
  • Sugar 150 g
  • Chicken egg 1 pc.
  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
  • Wheat flour Flour – 190 g
  • Corn starch 1 tbsp. l.
  • Soda 1 tsp.
  • Milk chocolate Chocolate – 100 g

  • Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe:

  • Remove the butter from the refrigerator first so that it melts and becomes soft. In a bowl, combine butter and sugar. Add the egg and stir. Then add all the dry ingredients and mix again. At the end, add chocolate and knead the dough.

  • Roll the dough into small balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet with parchment at a distance from each other. From this amount of dough I get 16 cookies. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

  • Leave the finished chocolate chip cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and then transfer. Bon appetit!
