Golden milk with turmeric

Ingredients:

  • turmeric powder - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
  • ground coriander - a pinch;
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp;
  • ginger powder - 1 tsp;
  • water - 3 glasses;
  • a glass of coconut milk;
  • sesame oil - 1 tsp;
  • honey

Cooking steps:


  1. First you need to cook the pasta. Pour the spices with water. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil in a water bath. Then continue cooking for another 7 minutes. You should get a homogeneous thick mass.
  2. Pour milk and butter into a saucepan. Add honey and 1 tsp. the resulting paste. Stir thoroughly and cook for 8 minutes. The main thing is not to bring it to a boil. Serve hot.

Low calorie

Ingredients:

  • almond milk without sugar - 250 ml;
  • turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp;
  • honey;
  • cinnamon and ground black pepper - a pinch each.

Preparation:

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan, add turmeric and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Add honey, cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, sprinkle with pepper. Let it brew for half an hour.
