Cooking steps:
- First you need to cook the pasta. Pour the spices with water. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil in a water bath. Then continue cooking for another 7 minutes. You should get a homogeneous thick mass.
- Pour milk and butter into a saucepan. Add honey and 1 tsp. the resulting paste. Stir thoroughly and cook for 8 minutes. The main thing is not to bring it to a boil. Serve hot.
