Salty cheesecakes with spinach and herbs
Ingredients:
– 300 g of cottage cheese;– 1 egg;
– 100 g parsley;
– 100 g spinach;
– salt to your taste;
– fresh thyme;
– 35 g oatmeal;
– oil for frying.
Preparation:
- Carefully squeeze out excess moisture from the cottage cheese through cheesecloth or a sieve.
- Wash the greens, pour boiling water over them and drain immediately. Remove stems and squeeze out moisture.
