Chicken with mushrooms in a pan with cream and cheese
Ingredients
- Thigh fillet – 4 pcs.
- Champignons – 500 g
- Sour cream – 200 g
- Cream – 100 ml
- Cheese – 150 g
- Onion – 100 g
- Flour – 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Butter – 15+15 g
- Black pepper – 0.7 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Parsley
Chicken with mushrooms recipe
Melt vegetable oil and a piece of butter in a frying pan
Add diced mushrooms. To avoid excess moisture, do not wash the champignons, but wipe them with wet wipes.
Fry for 5 minutes over high heat and remove to a plate
Add vegetable oil and fry the shredded chicken
Fry for 5 minutes over high heat, add salt and pepper to taste
