A hearty dish of minced meat, rice and Chinese cabbage. Everything is prepared simply and easily, making a hearty dinner or lunch. 

To prepare you will need the following ingredients: 

  • rice, 0.5 cups; 
  • water, 1 glass; 
  • salt and pepper; 
  • Chinese cabbage, half; 
  • boiling water, 2 cups; 
  • minced meat, 500 g; 
  • onion and garlic 1 pc.; 
  • egg, 1 pc; 
  • salt, pepper spices; 
  • breadcrumbs, 3 tbsp; 
  • onions, carrots 1 pc.; 
  • garlic; 
  • sour cream, 200 g; 
  • water, 500 g; 
  • greenery. 

Cooking process 

Boil the rice and cool. 

Shred some of the Chinese cabbage and pour boiling water over it for 10 minutes, drain and squeeze. 

Finely chop the onion and mix with the minced meat, add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and spices. 

Add cabbage, rice, eggs, spices, herbs to the minced meat, knead. 

Form cutlets and roll in breadcrumbs. 

Place the cutlets in a mold greased with vegetable oil. 

Bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees. 

Chop carrots and onions, simmer in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, add chopped garlic, mix. 

Mix sour cream with water, pour into vegetables, mix, salt and pepper, add spices to taste. 

Pour the sauce over the cutlets and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. 

When serving, I sprinkle it with herbs and combine it with mashed potatoes and various salads. The cutlets turn out juicy and soft, very tasty, and the sauce gives them a creamy taste.
