  • 350 g minced beef;
  • 1 red bell pepper;
  • 1 onion;
  • 200 ml broth;
  • 50 ml milk;
  • 35 g sour cream;
  • 15 g flour;
  • a bunch of parsley;
  • ground sweet paprika and black pepper;
  • a handful of grated cheese;
  • salt, vegetable oil.
