For the salad you will need:

4 small potatoes,
1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
1 tbsp. l. wild garlic pesto,
wild garlic leaves,
salt.
 

Boil the potatoes in salted water, cool slightly, peel and cut into slices. Add the oil, pesto and salt to the potatoes, stirring lightly in the bowl with the potatoes. Leave for 5 minutes so that the potatoes are soaked in the sauce. If the potatoes seem dry, you can add more oil or pesto.
Cut wild garlic leaves into small strips and mix with potatoes. Serve.
