Homemade pizza on thin yeast-free dough




For the test:
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 2-2.5 cups
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Water - 200 mlSalt - 1 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
*For the filling:
Mozzarella cheese - 300 g
Hard cheese - 200 g
Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Cooked sausage - 200-250 g
Smoked sausage
Champignon mushrooms
Tomato sauce

  • Beat the egg, salt, sugar and vegetable oil with a whisk until smooth.

  • Add 200 ml of water and mix well.

  • Sift 2 cups of flour into the resulting mass and knead the elastic dough. It should not be sticky.
  • It is advisable to leave the dough for about an hour (or longer in the refrigerator),

  • Roll out the pizza dough into a circle 0.5 cm thick.
  • Grease it with your favorite tomato sauce and spread the filling. The filling can be any, to your taste.


  • Bake the pizza in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
