How to Make Pizza Dough in Simple Steps
Homemade pizza on thin yeast-free dough

- Beat the egg, salt, sugar and vegetable oil with a whisk until smooth.
- Add 200 ml of water and mix well.
- Sift 2 cups of flour into the resulting mass and knead the elastic dough. It should not be sticky.
- It is advisable to leave the dough for about an hour (or longer in the refrigerator),
- Roll out the pizza dough into a circle 0.5 cm thick.
- Grease it with your favorite tomato sauce and spread the filling. The filling can be any, to your taste.
- Bake the pizza in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
