Chicken soup with homemade noodles

Chicken - 400 gCarrots - 1 pc.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 100-120 g

How to prepare chicken soup with homemade noodles:
Wash the chicken. Pour 2.5 liters of water into a saucepan. Place chicken in cold water. Place the pan on the fire. As it boils, remove the noise. Add salt. Reduce heat to low.

Peel and wash the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into cubes and the carrots into thin strips.

Add onions and carrots to the pan with the chicken. Cook until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes total.

Meanwhile, make noodles. To do this, beat 1 chicken egg into a bowl and add salt. Add flour in small portions and knead into a stiff dough.

Roll out the dough, adding flour, into a thin layer. Roll it up into a tube. Use a knife to cut the noodles. Thinner or thicker, according to your taste.

Place the prepared noodles on a towel and let them dry. The noodles can be made in advance and for future use. (Place dry noodles in a plastic bag for storage.)
